Adventures At Seay

Back on the road again! After Christmas at Momma Sue's, we headed west to Murray,KY for some quality Grammy and Grampy time! As soon as we got there we ate a huge meal and then the presents started to stack up! Santa apparently needed to lighten his sleigh and just left the whole kit and caboodle in Murray!! The thing I'm most excited about is my exersaucer!!

Our first stop for the holidays was Momma Sue's house in Crossville, TN. Mommy has spent every Christmas Eve here since she was born, so it was so cool to start the same tradition! I love my Momma Sue so much! We got to see so many fun people too! Our first night there I saw Uncle Ed and Sandy, and cousins Brian, Jenny, and baby Holly! She's only 4 month older than me and I know we will be such good friends when we're older. On Christmas Eve Luke and Matt came to play, and we also saw Becca and Ben.I slept through opening presents, but it was apparently a good time. Especially when Uncle Earl and my Diva start singing!
 Christmas morning was great too! I slept until 8am, but mommy knows in the future we will be up so much earlier! Santa even left me a present or two..
We hung out all day with more family and went to see my 4th movie Sherlock Holmes. I slept through the whole thing like such a perfect baby!

I am 2 months old as of December 18th!! I am so much more active and smiley! I love playing in the bouncy chair and just rolling around on the ABC mat! Now I'm sleeping until at least 4am so mommy is getting much more sleep in a row! She most definitely appreciates that! I also love my bath! Bathtime will calm me down even when I get so tired and fussy!
I also love to talk now! Lots of coos and goos! And I have mastered the pouty lip..mom has no chance when I pull that out! At my 2 month doctor appointment I got my shots and did so well, it was worse for mom than for me!

After Aunt Heidi left, Christmas season kicked into full gear! Diva came as soon as school was out and we had so much fun!! She babysat for us, so mommy and daddy could go out for a Christmas party! Mommy missed me so much but it was good for mommy and daddy to have some time with out me! Then we went to see Santa at the Green Hills mall. Mommy was so worried that I might wait until I was on Santa's lap to fill my diaper up, but I managed to wait until we were done!
I told Santa exactly what I wanted, but he told us that I might want a new diaper...he thinks he's so funny! Check back later for Christmas at Momma Sue's house!

Our Aunt Heidi came to visit us from Texas before Christmas and we looove her! She is the best!
We had so much fun with her! We went all over town eating at the Pancake Pantry, shopping, and seeing a movie! We even went to a Predators game!
We hope Aunt Heidi will come and see us again soon, maybe when she's done with P.A. school in Dallas! Keep checking for more Christmas posts for the rest of our Christmas adventures!!

We are having so much fun at the Seay house! Cooper is so smiley! We strted out with just maybe one a day and now we can get him to smile almost any time! Hopefully I'll be able to catch one on camera sometime soon! It's absolutely adorable and like someone told me...such a mommy paycheck! I'm sure Diva will be able to get quite a few when she gets here on Friday.....
Also, we have been sleeping in 5 hour stretches at night! It has been so nice to get so many hours in a row. I think once Cooper hits the magic weight he'll sleep through the night like a champ! Hopefully the Christmas holidays out of town won't completely ruin our schedule. Check back later this week for Santa pictures and pictures with Aunt Heidi who's coming to visit tomorrow!

The days have been flying by with Cooper lately! We have been so busy Christmas shopping, decorating, and just getting stuff done in general! Cooper is growing so big everyday! It seems like whenever mommy and daddy look at him, he's bigger! He has started smiling at mommy finally! It takes patience and they are few and far between, but hopefully by Christmas he will be a smiling fool! He is holding his head up so well and will be able to use the Bumbo, and excersaucer before we know it! This weekend we are going over to Miss Claire's house to visit while her mommy and daddy go to a Christmas party, and let me tell you..we looove Miss Claire and she loooves us too! We can't wait! and Monday Aunt Heidi comes to visit all the way from Texas! We'll be sure to post pictures of her visit soon! And Diva comes a week from tomorrow! Who couldn't be excited about that?!?!? Pictures with Santa are coming soon so keep a look out for those! Here are a few pictures to keep you happy until then!
Christmas will be here before we know it! We can't wait to spend our first Christmas with Cooper!
